The Oregon Athlete Foundation (OAF) was founded by Michael DeLaGrange, a former Oregon Duck, who played as an offensive lineman from 2000-2004. After graduation and throughout the years since, Michael started recognizing a need that was not being addressed: Support for University of Oregon athletes after graduation. The OAF was founded with the purpose of reconnecting former Oregon athletes with the school in which gave them so many great opportunities but lost touch after they moved on to their lives and careers.
OAF serves as an outreach and network of proud Duck athletes that can come together and both be a force for good in their communities, as well as support the former athletes in advancing after their college career.
OAF strives to facilitate the following resources for former Oregon athletes:
- Alumni Relations
- Community Support
- Mentorship
- Increased Access
